Anastasia Vordou

Anastasia has more than 10 years of professional experience in the fields of Compensation & Benefits, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Audit. She currently serves as Rewards Manager for Greece and Cyprus at Coca-Cola HBC, where she is responsible for the design and implementation of the company’s rewards strategy, people cost budgeting, and payroll governance, supporting the alignment between reward practices and the broader business strategy.

She began her career in Audit within Big Four firms before progressing into roles of increasing responsibility in the Rewards field. Throughout her career, she has led the annual reward cycle as well as major transformation projects.

Among her key achievements are the redesign of the company’s benefits framework, the introduction of Financial Wellbeing Week, and the implementation of automation initiatives and Power BI-driven solutions to support data-informed decision making within HR Strategy.

She is an ACCA candidate and a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business.
