Lena Raikou

A senior HR and People & Culture leader with more than 18 years of experience, she has driven organizational growth, talent development, and cultural transformation across multinational and purpose-driven organizations in Greece. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager at Growthfund, she leads HR strategy and operations for 175 employees, partnering with senior leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, and talent management.

Previously, as Head of People & Culture at ActionAid Hellas, she led initiatives focused on culture, leadership development, and talent retention. She has also held senior HR roles at Heracles Group, HELLENiQ ENERGY, Shell Hellas, and Marks & Spencer, developing extensive expertise in organizational development, learning & development, recruitment, succession planning, and change management.

Recognized among Greece’s leading HR professionals, she was included in the HR Power List in 2022 and 2023 and named among the Top 50 Talent Management Professionals in Greece for 2025. She is a certified HOGAN and SHL assessor, business coach, and Board Member of the Greek People Management Association. She holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management and a BA in Psychology & Organizational Behavior.
