Dimitris Matsoukas is a senior Total Rewards and Human Resources executive with more than 20 years of professional experience across the banking and real estate sectors. As a Rewards Director at Lamda Development, he is responsible for the company’s compensation and benefits strategy, executive remuneration framework, incentive schemes, HR budgeting, and pay transparency initiatives. Throughout his career, he has led complex remuneration and organizational projects, supporting business transformation and governance at both executive and Board level.
