Apostolos is a seasoned HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in Total Rewards, having worked in Greece and internationally across local, regional, and global roles.

Following his studies at the London School of Economics and his actuarial and statistics background from the University of Piraeus, he began his career at KPMG Greece as an HR Advisor. He then expanded his expertise in manufacturing and telecommunications, taking on various Compensation & Benefits positions.

Apostolos spent 14 years at L’Oréal, contributing across three major geographies:

  • Greece: Establishing and leading the Compensation & Benefits function.
  • Nordics: Relocating to Denmark to drive HR transformation and set up the Nordic HR Excellence Services in Copenhagen.
  • France: Heading the Global Total Rewards and International Career function for L’Oréal Luxe.

After several years abroad, he returned to Greece and, since June 2025, has been leading the Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness function at Fourlis Group, supporting IKEA, Intersport, Foot Locker, Holland & Barrett, and Trade Logistics for Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania.

Apostolos is married with two children. He recently completed an Executive MBA at HEC Paris, specializing in Board Governance. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, running, swimming, blogging, and learning new languages. He is fluent in English and French, with basic knowledge of the Nordic languages. His interests include intercultural communication, diversity, sustainability, and promoting employee well‑being. Above all, his true passion lies in advancing pay transparency and equity in the workplace.
