I have practically spent my career in HR and specifically Total Rewards across many geographies, working on compensation design and implementation, analytics and the practical side of building reward systems that truly support people and the business. At Bayer I lead Total Rewards for the Pharmaceuticals and Enabling Functions divisions, where I focus on creating fair and competitive frameworks, improving executive reward governance and helping leaders make clear and data informed decisions. My philosophy is simple. Everything starts and ends with the business. The best reward solutions come from co creating with our partners and staying close to what teams need to succeed. Before Bayer I held senior HR and TR roles at Villacero Group (Mexico), SABMiller Latin America and Vitro, among some others; experiences that shaped my approach to transformation and collaboration. I hold an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Industrial Engineering from ITESM, Mexico.
