Stavroula Lamprou

Stavroula is an HR Professional with experience in HR Business Partnering. She graduated with distinction from the Department of Psychology at Panteion University and holds a Master’s degree with distinction in Neurosciences from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She joined Plaisio in 2015, starting her career in sales before transitioning to the Human Resources field in 2019.

Her areas of interest focus on aligning business strategy with modern employee experience and total rewards practices, with a strong emphasis on creating people-centric solutions that drive engagement, performance, and organizational growth. She is particularly interested in the evolving role of Total Rewards in strengthening employee value proposition and supporting sustainable business success.
