She specializes in designing and implementing comprehensive Total Reward strategies that attract top talent, promote internal equity, and ensure market competitiveness in a fast-paced industry.

Throughout her career, Maro has focused on overseeing complex reward processes—including annual pay reviews, bonus schemes, and job grading structures—while heading People Analytics to enable data-driven management decisions. Her extensive background also includes a strong tenure as Head of Payroll at Aegean Airlines, where she managed large-scale payroll operations and system implementations from scratch.
