George Terzakis

George Terzakis is a senior People & Culture executive with 20 years of experience across multinational organizations in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, telecom, and defense sector. He specializes in organizational transformation, total rewards, talent management, and HR operations, consistently aligning people practices with strategic business objectives.

Throughout his career, he has built and transformed HR functions, introduced modern performance and reward frameworks, and led large-scale initiatives in workforce planning, cultural change, and HR digitalization. He currently serves as People & Culture Director at Pharmathen, where he focuses on the company’s people agenda, for a large and diverse workforce.
George holds a Degree in Economic Science, an MSc in Organizational Change & Development and is currently completing a PhD, focusing on Leadership skills with a focus on Generation Z.
