Aliki Adraskela is an experienced Human Resources leader in the luxury hospitality sector, currently serving as Director of People & Culture at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino. In her role, she leads people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives, contributing to the creation of high-performing and people-centric environments. She joined the group as Learning & Development Manager and progressed to senior leadership, reflecting a strong track record in driving employee engagement and business transformation. Prior to this, she spent over eight years with Club Med in Greece, France and Switzerland holding key HR leadership roles and managing large, multicultural teams.
